Session: Cyber Resilience in a Post-Pandemic World

Navigating through the post-pandemic business disruption requires leadership to be more agile because the old playbook no longer works. Many changes the pandemic brought into the work environment are likely here to stay. As businesses shifted their workers to work from home, safely, the explosion of personal devices – mobile phone, tablets, home computer – connecting to enterprise networks has introduced new threats to corporate security. The byproduct of this challenge is that the pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation of companies. Investments in cloud, AI and automation is in an all-time high to help companies navigate the lingering effects of disruption brought on by the pandemic. As a result, flexible IT infrastructure such as hybrid cloud, intelligent and responsive workflows provide people with better tools to execute their jobs.

Key Takeaways

  • Business leadership has to be more agile because the pre-pandemic playbook for business continuity no longer works.
  • The pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation of companies; investments in cloud, AI and automation are at an all-time high.
  • A robust, layered cyber security and resiliency strategy will sustain the enterprise’s business operations in the event of any disaster.
